
I have been away now for quit some time, not only from writing but from weight goals. I have gained some weight back and once again here I am starting over. I had started loosing self confidence, and beating myself up. I didn't know what to do, I was so frustrated that I just continued to gain. I have now realized that isn't the solution and I only brought myself down even further. Here I am writing again, counting calories, and going to the gym. Regardless of what excuse I can give you I simply let it happen, the important thing is I have realized my problems and here I am :)
