
So Here I was all excited to start this week with exercise and new recipes I found, and I end up sick. I have not been able to work this week and I'm stuck in bed on lots of steroids and antibiotics. I am trying to not let it get me down and distracted from my goals. I am actually very excited to get healthy again! I feel at fault for this illness now since I do not feel I was doing my best at taking care of me. I wasn't exercising and eating the way I should, but I will not beat myself up over it. I will get right back on it as soon as I am able. This is my day to weigh, although I am going to say my weight remains the same, no change this week.
Goals for the week: Get Healthy and keep writing! I am not going to exert myself too much this week, once %100 better I'll up these goals! :)
